In our constant commitment to the safety and quality of our filter media, Nature Works has obtained the NSF certification, making it the first and only European glass with this distinction. It is also the only NSF listed filter glass with a hygienic origin thanks to its virgin origin.

Swimming pools are venues for recreation, but their installation and maintenance is subject to an assortment of codes, regulations, and standards that strive to assure reliability and limit hazards with their components and systems. NSF covers a wide number of pool components, but very few filter glasses have managed to obtain this certification. Only 4 brands have the label, and Nature Works is the only European one, as well as being the only one with a completely hygienic origin.

The certification also guarantees, by means of demanding laboratory tests, the high filtration power, and its great capacity to save water. This demanding standard positions Nature Works as the ideal filtering glass for water filtration. It also highlights the need to regulate the use of filtering glass of non-hygienic origin, such as green glass from the street container, since the load of contaminants and heavy metals is in most cases very high, incompatible with its use in swimming pool filtration.
